“The one thing about having your smartphone is, you can do videos really, really quickly. You can shoot them in a relatively quick setup once you understand the process. And yeah, I mean, it’s a trial process. And you’d be surprised really what things get traction when you least expect it.”

“It’s not just sort of rough and ready. It’s very much structured in its approach, almost like a mobile journalism article in the way that you position it, the way that you tell the story. You want to deliver an actionable take-away”
