If you only have an unsubscribe link on your emails, you will be locking out up to a third (30%) of your audience who may wish to receive certain communications from you. Having a preference centre gives those people options, which helps to reduce your list churn as well as improving customer satisfaction and how they feel about your brand.
In this online customer workshop, we will take you through the best practices of preference centres and how we advise Spotler customers to use them. We’ll then take you into the platform and show you how to build your own preference centre to use in future.
In this workshop you will be given step-by-step guidance about:
- Unsubscribe options
- Styling and branding of landing page
- Mapping fields of preferences to Spotler and also your CRM (if integrated)
- Full testing of data feeding back
Tickets are £89 + VAT per person and there are a limited number of spaces on each workshop (10 people max). We will share screens and walk you through the process, then separate into breakout rooms so we can give you personalised support to get these preference centres set up, looking great and ready to activate straight away.
