Case Study: How Adroit Data & Insight use the GatorSuite

Adroit Data and Insight are a marketing agency, and they were tasked with encouraging loyalty platform sign-ups, increasing training attendance & reactivating dormant members for one of their clients Baxi Heating. The GatorSuite from Spotler was a key part of the toolkit they used.

BAXI

Every BAXI customer has a dedicated sales or business manager for one point of contact… and the business provides this support whether you are a homeowner, installer, contractor, new build developer, social housing provider, or specifier. BAXI operate some of the UK and Ireland’s most respected brands, including Remeha, Andrews Water Heaters and Potterton as well as BAXI itself. With 1,400+ employees and several manufacturing sites in the UK, the business is actively involved with designing the ‘future of heat’… new products that will lead to a zero-carbon future.

Challenge

  • To convert historic CRM data to sign-up to the loyalty platform.
  • CRM base of email addresses was a mix of old and some new contacts which has little previous communications. As some of the historic data had not previously been responsive it was a predominantly stagnant audience.
  • To cleanse email data and increase the amount of sign-ups to the loyalty platform using legitimate interest data.
  • Re-activate lapsed loyalty contacts

Method

  • Validate, categorise and management of email broadcast to limit domain reputation damage.
  • Adroit worked with the client to create a template in GatorCreator and used this to create a set a emails to encourage sign up with various call to action styles.
  • Adroit automated the process using a workflow to reduce the need for further resource and manual work

  • Due to the success of the conversion rate (from stagnant data), the client wanted Adroit to continue hosting the automated nurture process for all new contacts to encourage signup to the platform.
