Auto-allocate your leads

With the auto-allocation feature within GatorLeads you can now auto-allocate your leads based on lead score, postcode and region. It’s simple; all you need to do is define the postcodes that make up that salesperson’s territory.
Like us, along with what we preach to GatorLeads users, for the best lead generation; you may only decide that a lead is ready to be contacted once they reach a certain lead score, whilst leaving the lower scored ones to marketing. The auto-allocation feature can be further augmented by specifying the lead score threshold that must be reached in order to call it a lead that needs to be contacted.
This goes hand in hand with being able to auto-assign a lead within an alert, if that company is not already assigned by sales territory, lead score or industry sector. Once sales assignment rules are set, then all inbound website traffic will be instantly assigned.
Within the “user creation” option when managing user logins, you can now control someone’s login so that they can only see their own leads/customers that have been assigned to them.
